Friends of Clonter
Collectively, the Friends of Clonter represent our largest and most sustainable source of regular funding.
Clonter believes in the power of theatre to enhance quality of life, empower young people and provide a stimulating environment for people of all ages to escape the rigours of everyday life.
We have bold plans for the future but we need your help to turn those plans into reality. Every ticket sold, subscription or donation that you make directly supports and protects the future of Clonter.
Friends Plus Membership
We have recently introduced a new level of membership, a steppingstone between a basic Friends membership, and being a Patron, which we are calling Fiends Plus (£150 Single and £230 Joint). Why take up a Friends Plus Membership? In addition to all the Friends, benefits, you will have the ability to transfer to another night/event, should you find you have double booked, or due to unforeseen circumstances you are unable to attend, you wouldn’t lose the value of your tickets, which is worth a possible £174 (based on 2 tickets). The free programme is also worth a further £14, with an extra week’s priority booking period, to ensure you get the seat of your choice. In addition we are also offering the Friends Plus members 2 free tickets per year.
Joint Friends Membership
One advantage of the Joint Membership, which is something we are seeing increase in popularity, is that people who do not live at the same dwelling can purchase joint Membership. This is something we wish to encourage for people to share with a friend, possibly intergenerational, or relative, who shares a similar passion for music.

Picnic Table (undercover) Booking fees apply* – Some tables are available free of charge, but this is on a first come, first served basis and subject to availability.
*Table for 1 or 2 £10, Table for up to 4 £16, Table for up to 6 £21, Table for up to 8 £24, Table for 10+ £28, If you are happy to share a table £3.50 per person.
N.B Table and catering booking facilities close a week before the performance date. Pre-order drinks facilities close at 4pm the day before a performance.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Discounts – Please note only one discount or promo code can be applied per booking.
Exchange – Tickets cannot be exchanged for a different event, unless you are a Friend of Clonter*. However where there is more than one performance of an event, tickets can be exchanged where available, up to 48 hours prior to an event. Admin fee of £3 per booking. Free for Friends of Clonter.
*If you are a Friend of Clonter, 48 hours notice is still required.
Refund – Tickets are non refundable unless a show is cancelled.
Returns – If you are unable to attend an event, and we are able to resell your tickets, a refund will be issued. Admin fee of £3 per booking. Free for Friends of Clonter.
